What you send us
Only what you choose to send: your name, where you live, your email, your answers to the route check and the application, and any note you write. The forms on this site build a message that you read and send yourself on WhatsApp, or you can email us. If the team has switched on a lead system, your message is also passed to it when you press the WhatsApp button, and not before.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to plan your first call. We do not sell it.
What we measure
With your permission where the law asks for it, we count visits, scrolling, button clicks, searches (we count them, we do not record the words), tool and form steps, so that we can improve the site and measure our adverts on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We never send your name, your messages, your answers about your family or any health details to advertising platforms. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Medical information
Please do not put medical details into a form or a first message. We discuss them on the call, where we can explain how they are stored.
Asking us to delete your information
Write to and we will delete what we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
